Miraculous results! Before MPERC, I would have such intense muscle soreness and lactic acid burning, in my quads especially, that I couldn’t sleep. I was covering my legs with arnica gel, which didn’t work, lol. I take 2 capsules on lift days, as soon as I return from the gym and I have no extreme soreness and zero muscle burn. I’m going to take it before lifting, now, since that’s what the instructions say, but I’m astonished at the muscle-recovery results. It’s a night and day difference in muscle recovery.
