HOW DOES THIS WORK?

G.B.N.T. Sleep works mostly by providing the “inhibitory” (as opposed to excitatory) neurotransmitters L-Glycine and GABA.  Some of these amino acids and extracts have a “secretagogue” effect in that they can elicit the release of growth hormone from the pituitary.  Additionally, G.B.N.T. Sleep provides Melatonin to promote deep restful sleep.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?

Advanced users may mix 2 scoops (1 serving) with up to 500ml (~16oz) of water or beverage of choice. New users and those sensitive to sleep aids should start with 1 scoop (1/2 serving), to assess their personal tolerance. Usually, it only takes 1 scoop. Consume 30-60 minutes prior to desired bedtime. Make into a Tea with hot water or drink cold. Do not exceed 2 servings (4 scoops) per day.

INGREDIENTS:

Zinc

It is an essential micronutrient factoring in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant
functions. Recent studies showed that zinc with the help of zinc ionophores like
elderberries or quercetin is essential in the fight against COVID-19. While Zinc inhibits

Black cumin

It also known as Nigella Sativa is a medicinal plant that has shown anti-viral
activities against many viruses. In vitro studies have shown that it can decrease the
replication of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and some of
its components have a high affinity to many SARS-CoV-2 proteins and enzymes. New
studies show that when combined with honey, Nigella sativa promotes viral clearance
and reduces the severity of the disease. It also has anti-diabetic, anti-hypertensive and
cardio protective properties.

Melatonin

It is a powerful immunity generator because it enhances both innate and
cellular immunity. It stimulates the interleukins and T-helper cells, particularly CD4+
cells, which are essential in a fight against pathogens. Melatonin is also a powerful
