Start with ONE capsule to assess tolerance. Do not exceed more than 2 in a 24 hour time period. Do not take on an empty stomach.* For best results, use for 60 days with diet and exercise, and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.*

For Men:
Take 1 capsule to assess tolerance 30 minutes before a workout.

Take 2 capsules if you can handle extreme energy.

For Women:
Take 1 capsule to assess tolerance 30 minutes before a workout.

Take 2 capsules if you can handle extreme energy.
